Snake Eyes Perk Prototype

Fall 2023

As a professional capstone project for the Computer Science degree, Atomic Arcade sponsored a combat prototype that would implement basic combat, enemy AI, and a perk system in UE5 using C++.

2D SFML Game Engine

Fall 2023

For CSC 481 Game Engine Foundations, I created and designed a 2D Game Engine, using C++, the Simple and Fast Multimedia Library (SFML), and ZeroMQ. After the base engine was implemented, a maze game and Space Invaders game were built to display its capabilities.

Cookie Critters

1st Place Submission for the VGDC x WICS Femme Game Jam with the theme ‘Cookies’. In this game, you take care of your dough critter, playing a minigame to earn sprinkles and grow your dough into a cookie!

CSC 486 - Computational

Visual Narrative Games

These four games were created with the theme of ‘Nature’, each exploring the genres of Pachinko, Hidden Object, Endless Runner, and Escape Room to create an overarching narrative.

Timeline: 2 Weeks per Game

Contributions:

  • All Art and Animation of Pachinko Druid, Bananape, and a level of Bananape Escape except UI

  • All level design and programming of a level of Bananape Escape

  • Post-processed required AI images and level design for Secret Garden.

Presented in the 2022 Student Games Showcase!

Passerby was a class project created in CSC 281 Foundations of Interactive Game Design. We created a train management game based on the theme of Entering Wonderland where the player must choose passengers to transport around the worlds, weighing reputation and money.

  • Almost all art assets including the train cars, tracks, station, background, passengers, conductor, signs, towns, and many more

This was a game for the 2022 Epic Mega Jam with the theme ‘As Above, So Below’, but sadly not submitted in time. Explore the expansive ocean to find your fallen crewmate’s souls, switching between two versions to the world to find them

Fall 2022

A game made for the Red Storm X VGDC NCSU game jam, where the theme was ‘zombie cats’! In our game, you play as a cat raised from the dead, searching for the ingredients of a potion that will make you a normal cat again! Along the way, you will have to make potions to transform and use different abilities!
